Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. All prices are in USD.
Shipping costs
- $6 flat rate per order, no matter how many items
- If items in your order ship from more than one warehouse, each extra package adds $6.19. Items from the same warehouse ship together at no extra cost. Any extra charge is shown in your cart before you pay.
How long it takes
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days to prepare your order
- Delivery: usually 2 to 8 business days after it ships
Orders ship from US warehouses run by our fulfillment partners. These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays can slow things down.
Multiple packages
If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages on different days. Extra package charges, if any, are shown before you pay; you’re never charged more after checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. If it ships in more than one package, you’ll get tracking for each one.
Delays
If we can’t ship your order within the time we told you, we’ll email you with a new estimate. You can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email support@mikesboteek.com within 14 days. We’ll work with the carrier to help.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address if the order hasn’t been sent to our warehouse yet.
