How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from US warehouses run by our fulfillment partners (CJ Dropshipping).

We usually prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days. After it ships, delivery is usually 2 to 8 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, weather, and carrier delays can slow things down. If your order ships in more than one package, packages may arrive on different days. We email tracking as soon as each package ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the United States is a flat $6 per order. If items ship from more than one warehouse, each extra package adds $6.19 — shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Email support with your order number, the reason for your request, and photos of the item. Our team will review it and send next steps.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 30 days with photos — we will replace it or refund that item, including shipping you paid for it. If something sells out after you pay, we cancel and refund it automatically and email you.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements for that style when available. Open Size guide on the product page and compare the chart to a similar item you already own.

How can I look up my order?

Your order confirmation email has your order number and details, and we email tracking as soon as each package ships. For anything else, email support with your order number and we will help.
